The 2nd Prairie Music Residency took place in August 2014. The course directors Peter Meechan and Will Martin engaged leading UK based conductor and composer Tom Davoren to conduct the course, alongside internationally acclaimed euphonium and tuba players Glenn van Looy and Les Neish, respectively.
Added to the international flavour of the course were two world class Saskatoon based artists, Dean McNeill and Darrell Bueckert, who led the first Prairie Music Residency Percussion Course.
