Throughout the course of the week there are number of different events for delegates to take part in outside of regular rehearsals, masterclasses and discussions.

- Wednesday: Percussion Course begins
- Thursday: Community professional development sessions – Free and open to course members and the general public. Members of our faculty give professional development sessions for community members in different general topics for all musicians and music lovers.
- Brass Band Course begins – followed by opening reception, Jazz Night with guest artists performing and open jam.
- Friday: Faculty Recital – A chance for our delegates to listen to an evening of music from our guest faculty
- Saturday: Outdoors Concert and social – The PMR Brass Band gets a chance to test run some of their Gala program in a relaxed outdoors concert venue followed by a group social.
- Sunday: Brass Band and Percussion Gala and post concert BBQ
